The philosophy of Petit à Petit is a bilingual daycare (French and English) based on a teaching method that promotes the overall development of the child. We do not target a particular aspect of his/her development but we focus on all the necessary aspects of growth, including the social, affective, cognitive, and physical development of the child through various activities and play.
We are referring to Open Pedagogy, where the child makes choices about her/his learning experience. We believe that action-oriented and hands-on educational activities allow the child to develop his/her own distinct skills.

Caring for kids comes completely natural and is a passion for Madame Kelly Tita Azizi. Her 15 years of experience in childcare have refined this passion, creating her as a master of connecting love, learning, safety and health for the little ones in her care.

We are located on N. Chautauqua Blvd. in Portland and welcome families from Kenton, Portsmouth, St. Johns, Arbor Lodge, University Park, and nearby North Portland neighborhoods.
We are open Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm but we are flexible for tours before and after these hours. Reach out and schedule a time to visit us!
